Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer full money-back guarantees for purchases made on our platform. However, certain conditions may warrant a refund request.

Eligibility for Refund

Users may request a refund within 2 working days of the transaction under the following conditions:

  1. Error or Misunderstanding:
    Users must clearly demonstrate an issue with the transaction, such as incorrect deductions or payment failures.

  2. Evidence:
    Users must provide valid documentation supporting their claim, including screenshots or transaction IDs.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may result in:

  • Full Reimbursement: If the claim is deemed fully valid.
  • Partial Reimbursement: For partial validation of the claim.
  • Denial: If the claim does not meet eligibility requirements.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 working days from the date of purchase.


Non-Refundable Period

Refund requests will no longer be applicable after the 2 working day period.

Game Cancellation Settlement Policy

In the event of a canceled game due to technical issues, system errors, or violations such as cheating or unfair play, the following policies apply:

1. Cancellation Due to Technical Issues

  • Coins Deducted:
    Coins or Cash Coins deducted at the start of the game will be credited back to players’ accounts.

  • Interrupted Game:
    If the game is interrupted due to server errors or connectivity issues on our end, any entry fees or deducted coins will be restored to the players.

2. Cancellation Due to Cheating or Unfair Play

  • Innocent Players:
    Coins or entry fees deducted will be refunded based on the game state prior to the cancellation.

  • Cheating Players:
    Players found guilty of cheating or violating platform rules will forfeit their coins, and appropriate actions will be taken as per our Terms and Conditions.

3. Tournament Cancellations

  • Free Entry Tournaments:

    • Void Tournament: If canceled, tickets will be returned to players’ accounts.
    • Prize Settlement (Ongoing Round): The prize pool for the ongoing round will be distributed equally among players who qualified up to that point.
  • Cash Entry Tournaments:

    • A service fee will be deducted from eliminated players.
    • The remaining prize pool will be equally distributed among players still in the game.
