This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of the services provided through the Ludo Stars website and associated software. By accessing or using any of our Services, you confirm your acceptance of the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Ownership

The Ludo Stars website, its content, software, and all associated rights are the exclusive property of Ludo Stars.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reside in India and comply with local laws and regulations regarding online gaming.
  • Not reside in states where online gaming for stakes is prohibited (e.g., Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Telangana, and any other states notified in the future).

4. Description of Services

Ludo Stars offers online games designed for entertainment purposes. Participation in premium features or cash-based games may require a service charge.

5. Your Account

  • Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Ludo Stars is not liable for unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

6. Cash Balance (If Applicable)

  • Users must maintain a sufficient Cash Balance to participate in premium features or cash games.
  • Withdrawals are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as per Indian regulations.
  • Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) may apply to winnings exceeding ₹10,000, as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must refrain from:

  1. Engaging in money laundering or fraudulent activities.
  2. Posting offensive, abusive, or defamatory content.
  3. Disruptive behavior that negatively impacts other users or the platform.

8. Game Rules

Users must abide by the Game Rules published on the website. Decisions made by Ludo Stars regarding game results are final and binding.

9. System Failures

  • The company is not liable for losses caused by system or technical failures.
  • Refunds for canceled games due to server disruptions will be issued at the company’s discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the Services, website, and software belong to Ludo Stars. Users access any User-Generated Content at their own risk.

11. Breach and Consequences

In case of a breach of this Agreement, Ludo Stars reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

  • The company’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by Indian law.
  • Users agree to indemnify Ludo Stars against claims, damages, or losses resulting from their use of the Services.

13. Disclaimer

The company disclaims liability for:

  • Issues arising from game participation.
  • Transactions involving third parties.
  • User-Generated Content shared on the platform.

14. Warranty

The Services, website, and software are provided “as is”, without any warranties, express or implied.

15. Additional Charges

Users are responsible for any additional charges incurred during the purchase of credits or withdrawals.

16. Use of Services

The Services are intended for personal entertainment only. Commercial use of the platform is strictly prohibited.

17. Collusion and Fraud Prevention

  • The platform actively monitors and prevents unfair practices.
  • Accounts or games suspected of collusion or fraud will be canceled, and involved users may face penalties, including account suspension.

18. Refunds

Refund requests for erroneous transactions must be submitted within two weeks of the transaction date. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Ludo Stars.

19. Bonus Amounts

Bonus amounts are credited at the company’s discretion and cannot be withdrawn unless specified otherwise.

20. Third-Party Sites

The company is not responsible for the content, products, or services of third-party websites linked on Ludo Stars.

21. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable regulations.

22. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising under this Agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

23. Disconnections

The company is not liable for disconnections caused by user-side issues such as poor internet connectivity. Refunds for such incidents are at the company’s discretion.

24. Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence may be used during disconnections to minimize losses. However, its accuracy and effectiveness are not guaranteed.

25. Accepting the Terms and Conditions

By using Ludo Stars, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

26. Termination by User

Users may terminate their account at any time by notifying the company via email at support@ludostars.in.
